Refund & Cancellation Policy for Workflow Native Apps LTD. Learn about our marketplace payment architecture, refund requests, and subscription controls.

Published & Active From: 19 October 2026 (UTC) | Prior Versions: None

This document defines the refund and cancellation boundaries for the software applications developed by Workflow Native Apps LTD ("the Company").

1. NO DIRECT REFUND MANAGEMENT

The Company does not operate point-of-sale transactional infrastructure, collect billing data, host checkout systems, or handle direct financial processing on this website. Consequently, the Company cannot process cancellations, alter transaction records, access payment flows, or issue direct refunds to consumers.

2. MARKETPLACE RESPONSIBILITY AND JURISDICTION

All software downloads, license purchases, and transaction handling occur entirely through independent third-party native digital storefronts and Merchants of Record (MoR), including but not limited to the Microsoft Store (Microsoft Corporation), Apple App Store (Apple Inc.), and Snapcraft (Canonical Ltd.).

• Applicable Policies: Your eligibility for refunds, transaction cancellations, or subscription terminations is governed entirely by the terms of service and consumer refund guidelines of the specific third-party platform used to execute the transaction.
• Request Processing: To request a refund or cancel an order, you must initiate a request directly through the customer support channels or account dashboard of the respective marketplace counterparty. The third-party platform acts as the legal seller of the software license and possesses the sole administrative authority to evaluate eligibility and issue monetary credits.
• Subscription Controls: If an application is acquired under a subscription tier managed by a native storefront or MoR, you must configure, pause, or cancel the subscription renewal directly through your marketplace account preferences. The Company has no operational capability to modify or terminate your third-party billing arrangements.

3. DISPUTES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company accepts no liability for transaction disputes, processing delays, refund denials, or recurring billing discrepancies arising from or managed within third-party marketplace payment environments.
